2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

3. Account Registration & Security

In-play bets are accepted subject to live data feeds and fry9 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Results are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) at the time of settlement. Late score changes due to appeals or retrospective decisions will not normally be used to re-settle markets already settled.
6.4 Maximum Winnings
fry9 applies maximum payout limits to all betting and gaming activity. The maximum single-bet payout on sports markets is ৳5,000,000 (five million Taka). 8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by fry9
fry9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving a breach of these Terms, evidence of fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, repeated chargebacks, use of prohibited software, or access from a restricted territory. Where an account is closed by fry9 due to a Terms violation, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Genuine deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method subject to the completion of any outstanding fraud or compliance review.
8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Before closure, any remaining balance (subject to meeting applicable wagering requirements) will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method.
